I am way too excited.......

...about Ironman Wisconsin, and I'm not even competing. I was chatting with TriSaraTops yesterday about IM MOO. So it was in my brain. I tossed and turned all through the early morning dreaming about the race. Meeting SimplyStu. Watching the start of the race. Needing to get up so I could check everyones status.

Then I realized....the race is still a week away. OMG! I'm infected with the IM virus. Not only am I an Ironman, but Ironman is me.

Next week I will be competing in the Great Lake Escape. I've been told this race is a blast. I'm going to have fun with my friends at this race and not even wear a watch. Just see what happens. But after that I will be camped out in front of my laptop watching the progress of my Cleveland and blogging friends.

I'm totally geeked about next weekend.

Game On.

Thanks for all your great advice yesterday!!!!!

Can't believe it's almost here....

Great Lakes Escape is soooo fun--my first Olympic in 2004~you will love it! I'll be thinking of you guys standing on the side of the boat ready to jump into Lake Erie when I'm in Lake Monona!

Me too, an I'm not even a triathlete!

Tracking IM MOO is going to be sooooo exciting.

Good luck at GLE.

I am so excited, too! Both for the GLE and IMMOO. I hope we're back in town in time to watch everyone finish!

Feeling ya here! I am doing River Run but will be racing home to check in on everyones progress afterwards. So freaking exciting!

On the trail front I was out at North Chagrin. I think they have added a trail there that I hadn't seen before, I normally run the bridle trail but somehow I got off track and ended up on a bunch of more technical loops, it was a blast! I definitely would suggest going and getting lost there for awhile! You can't get too far off track as you almost always hit the road or river to get you back on track :)

The other trails I run are down in the valley on the Buckeye Trail, I stick with a group for those because I could seriously get really lost there and that wouldn't be as much fun!
