Now I'm not telling you to be a lemming and definitely don't follow Lemmiwinks.

I think it's cool to be a follower on the blog. This provides me a way to know who is reading my blog and possibly what type of information they would like to read. It also provides a way for others to venture around to other blogs.

I'm going to have fun reading about all of the new things she learns about herself and running. Her enthusiasm reminds me of why I enjoy running....and cycling.....and....yes.....swimming.
